CHONK! Shipping Policy

**Processing Time**
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships. We do not ship on Sundays or holidays.

**Weather & Separation**
Because CHONK! is made with natural ingredients and is low in sugar, some natural oil separation may occur during transit, especially in warmer months. This is completely normal! Just give your jar a good stir, pop it in the fridge for a bit to firm up if needed, and you are good to go. 

**Lost or Stolen Packages**
CHONK! is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you can't find it, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
