CHONK! Purchase & Cancellation Policy

Some items in our shop may be offered to you as a subscription, a pre-order, or a standard direct purchase. This policy outlines exactly how you can manage, change, or cancel these types of orders.

Subscriptions

When you sign up for a CHONK! subscription, you’ll receive automatic, repeat deliveries of your favorite spreads based on the frequency you select.

  • Payment: Your payment details will be stored securely, and you will be automatically charged for each recurring delivery unless you choose a prepaid option.

  • Changes & Cancellations: You can modify or cancel your subscription at any time! Every order confirmation email includes a direct link to manage your subscription, allowing you to skip a delivery, update your address, or cancel.

  • Refunds: Because our spreads are perishable food products, scheduled subscription orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be returned or refunded. Please make any cancellations or changes before your next billing date.

Pre-orders

When you purchase a pre-order, you are reserving a fresh batch of CHONK! that is either temporarily out of stock or soon-to-be-released.

  • Payment: We may collect a partial deposit or the full payment at checkout to reserve your jar(s). If a partial payment is collected, your payment method will be securely stored, and the remaining balance will be charged when your order is ready to ship.

  • Cancellations: You can cancel a pre-order at any time before it fulfillment begins. Once your pre-order has been packed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled or refunded. Please see our Refund Policy for details on damaged or incorrect shipments.

Try Before You Buy

We do not offer a "Try Before You Buy" program online (shipping tiny individual samples just doesn't work well for spreadable jars!). However, getting to taste CHONK! in person at local vendor markets, pop-ups, and community events is the best way to sample our flavors before committing to a full-sized jar.
